Wedding Locations In Houston Texas

Finding the right place to say "I do" is an important part of the wedding planning process.

In wedding planning, choosing a location is an important part of the process as it will set the tone for the reception and the ceremony as well. As the most populated city in the nation and the largest city in Texas, Houston has diverse options for every couple regardless of size, budget or theme.

Villa Rintata

The Villa Rinata is a traditional wedding location located in the Galleria area of Houston with Italian inspired architecture, offering wrought iron gates, gardens, fountains and stone columns. Only one event may be held on the grounds at a time. There is both a wine room and a grand ballroom for cocktails and reception for your wedding. All services are available through Villa Rinata from photography to linens; the catering is offered through City View Catering, Inc.

Houston's Signature Manor

Houston's Signature Manor offers over 40,000 square-feet of space for your wedding. The space can accommodate a small wedding of 70 guests up to a large wedding hosting 1,800 people, with many different rooms to choose from along with two private balconies and a valet parking option. The website The Knot recommends this location for a budget wedding. The Manor offers full service catering as well as the option for a casino-themed wedding.

The Veranda by *17

The Veranda by *17 is part of the Alden Houston Hotel and offers a unique option for the couple who wants to have an outdoor wedding but has concerns about the weather. Using an enclosed courtyard with a permanently tented roof, this venue offers the best of both worlds with air conditioning and fans that will accommodate up to 215 guests. The location also offers gourmet dining for both seated and buffet receptions along with the option to have a signature cocktail for your special day.

The Hidden Oaks

According to the website Offbeat Bride, The Hidden Oaks offers a whimsical location for the couple looking for something that's just a little different. Rumored to be haunted, Hidden Oaks has hosted ceremonies that include everything from pagan weddings to tribal belly dance themed weddings. Package styles range from a 10 guest elopement that includes an overnight stay for the newly married couple and use of the gazebo to a 100 guest wedding that includes ceremony, appetizers, buffet dinner, cake, DJ, bartender with staff, linens and chair covers. If you want to design your wedding yourself, custom packages are also available.
