Find Glacier Bay Toilet Parts

Glacier Bay Toilet Parts

Glacier Bay toilet parts are not that hard to find, when you know where to look. There is a lot of confusion when it comes to finding repair, warranty, and replacement parts for Glacier Bay Toilets. Let me shed some light on the steps you can take right now to find what you need.

Instructions

1. The first step is identifying your current Glacier Bay toilet model number. If all has gone well in production, there should be a number stamped into the back interior wall of your toilet tank. If you cannot find the model number, or it is just not there, do not worry, there is still hope.

2. If you have, or have access to, your original Glacier Bay toilet product manual, the Glacier Bay toilet parts list and Glacier Bay toilet warranty information number should be inside. You got it made.

3. If you cannot find any information whatsoever on or about your toilet, here is one thing you can try. Take several clear digital photographs of the toilet, inside the tank, and outside, including the handle. You will then e-mail the pictures to customercare@homedepot.com, and ask them to help you in identifying your Glacier Bay toilet. Once identified, you can then proceed to acquiring your parts.

4. If you run into problems with the last step, there is another avenue. You will need to fallow the same protocol as before, however, this time you will send your pictures and request to info@niagaraconservation.com. This is the company that supplies toilets to Home Depot under the Glacier Bay product name.

5. Once you have your Glacier Bay toilet model number, you can at this point call 1-800-831-8383 to acquire you repair, warranty, or replacement parts. It may not be as fast as you would like, but at least you will get the parts you need to repair your toilet.
